Description
The HV2221FG-G from Microchip Technology is an 8-channel ultrasound switch IC in a 48-LQFP package. It features low on-resistance of 14Ω max, HVCMOS technology, and operates with 3.3 or 5.0V CMOS input logic levels. The device supports a 20MHz data shift clock frequency and has a very low quiescent power dissipation of -10µA. It is designed for high voltage switching applications, providing excellent noise immunity and low parasitic capacitance.
