The HV219FG-G is an 8-channel high voltage analog switch IC designed for medical ultrasound imaging and non-destructive evaluation applications. Utilizing HVCMOS® technology, it features low quiescent power dissipation of -10µA, an output on-resistance of 11Ω, and a small signal frequency response up to 50MHz. The device operates with flexible supply voltages, supporting configurations such as +40V/-160V, and offers excellent noise immunity and low parasitic capacitance.
