Description
The HV209FG-G from Microchip Technology is a 12-channel high voltage analog switch IC designed for medical ultrasound applications. It operates at voltages up to 200V with a typical output on-resistance of 22Ω. The device features integrated bleed resistors, low quiescent current consumption of -10µA, and is compatible with 5.0V to 12.0V CMOS logic. Utilizing HVCMOS technology, it provides efficient control of high voltage analog signals with excellent noise immunity and low parasitic capacitance.
