The HSP061-4NY8 is a low capacitance TVS diode designed for high-speed interface protection in industrial and consumer applications. It features a breakdown voltage of 6V, a stand-off voltage of 3V, and a peak pulse current of 3A (8/20µs). With a large bandwidth of 6 GHz and low capacitance of 0.5 pF, it is compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 standards, providing robust ESD protection up to ±20 kV. Packaged in an 8-UQFN (2x1) format, it operates within a temperature range of -40 °C to 150 °C.
