The HS5F is a 300V, 5A general-purpose diode in a DO-214AB (SMC) surface mount package. It features a glass passivated chip junction, low forward voltage drop, and is ideal for automated placement. This diode is suitable for high-frequency rectification and switching mode converters, with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and a surge peak forward current of 150A.
