The HI7191 is a 24-bit high precision sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for low-frequency signal measurement. It features a fully differential input, an internal programmable gain instrumentation amplifier (PGIA) with gains from 1 to 128, and a serial I/O interface compatible with various protocols. The device offers 120dB noise rejection at 60/50Hz and includes on-chip calibration capabilities for offset and gain errors.
