The HFA3101 is an RF Mixer IC designed for applications from 0Hz to 10GHz, housed in an 8-SOIC package. It features a high gain bandwidth product (fT) of 10GHz, low noise figure of 3.5dB, and excellent hFE and VBE matching. Ideal for communication circuits, it provides high gain and effective cancellation of second-order distortion terms.
