Description
The HEF4047BT is a retriggerable monostable/astable multivibrator IC capable of generating output pulse widths as short as 50 ns. It features positive and negative edge triggering, buffered outputs, and requires only one external resistor and capacitor for operation. The device operates over a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C and provides ESD protection exceeding 2000 V (HBM).
