Description
The HCS362 is a code hopping encoder designed for secure Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) systems. It features a programmable 28/32-bit serial number, two 64-bit encryption keys, and a unique 69-bit transmission code length. Operating at 2.0V to 6.3V, it supports four button inputs and offers 15 functions with selectable baud rates. The device utilizes KEELOQ technology to ensure each transmission is unique, enhancing security against code grabbing. It includes an on-chip EEPROM for data storage and a tunable oscillator for precise timing.
