The HCPL-4100 is an optically coupled 20 mA current loop transmitter designed for data communication in industrial control and computer peripheral applications. It features guaranteed 20 mA loop parameters, compatibility with LSTTL, TTL, and CMOS logic, and high common mode rejection. The device supports a data rate of 20 kBaud over 400 meters and ensures reliable operation with a maximum output voltage of 27 V and a low output voltage drop of less than 2.7 V.
