The HCPL-2601#300 is a high-speed optocoupler featuring a GaAsP LED and an integrated high-gain photodetector, capable of 10 MBd typical data rates. It operates with a low input current of 5 mA and provides guaranteed AC and DC performance over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device ensures high common mode transient immunity of 15 kV/µs at Vcm = 1 kV, making it suitable for applications requiring robust isolation.
