The Broadcom HCNR200 is a high-linearity analog optocoupler featuring a 5000Vrms isolation voltage and a linearized output. It utilizes a high-performance AlGaAs LED and two matched photodiodes to achieve low nonlinearity (0.01%) and stable gain characteristics. With a wide bandwidth (DC to >1 MHz) and low gain temperature coefficient (65 ppm/°C), it is suitable for various analog isolation applications.
