The H11AV1XG is a single-channel optoisolator featuring an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to an NPN silicon photo transistor in a 6-pin DIP package. It offers high AC isolation voltage of 5300Vrms, a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 100°C, and is RoHS compliant.
