The GX36220 is a dual-channel 64Gbps linear Trans-Impedance Amplifier (TIA) designed for 400G/600G Integrated Coherent Receivers (ICRs). It features two TIA signal paths for I and Q channels, offering a differential linear gain of 150–5,000Ω and > 30dB dynamic range, with > 40 GHz 3dB-bandwidth. The device supports automatic and manual gain control, ensuring low THD and power consumption, making it ideal for high-performance optical modules.
