Description
Description
The GTL2014 is a 4-bit bidirectional LVTTL to GTL transceiver designed for interfacing 3.3 V LVTTL systems with GTL-/GTL/GTL+ buses. It features a direction control pin, 5.5 V tolerant LVTTL inputs, and operates with a supply voltage of 3.0 V to 3.6 V. The device supports adjustable reference voltage from 0.5 V to VCC/2 and provides ESD protection exceeding 2000 V HBM. Propagation delays are 2.8 ns (LOW to HIGH) and 3.4 ns (HIGH to LOW) at 3.3 V.
