Description
The GTL2012DP is a 2-bit bidirectional mixed signal translator designed for interfacing 3.3 V systems with GTL−/GTL/GTL+ buses. It features LVTTL inputs tolerant up to 5.5 V, adjustable Vref from 0.5 V to 0.5VCC, and operates within a supply voltage range of 3.0 V to 3.6 V. The device supports partial power-down and offers robust ESD protection exceeding 2000 V HBM.
