The GTL2005 is a quad bidirectional mixed signal translator designed for interfacing 3.3 V systems with GTL/GTL+ buses. It operates as a GTL-to-TTL receiver or TTL-to-GTL driver, featuring a 14-TSSOP package, 5.5 V tolerant LVTTL I/O, and live insertion/extraction capabilities. It provides latch-up protection exceeding 500 mA and ESD protection over 2000 V HBM.
