The GBU801 is a glass passivated bridge rectifier designed for single-phase applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average forward rectified current of 8.0A. The device is suitable for resistive or inductive loads and has a surge overload rating of 200A peak. It is ideal for printed circuit board applications and offers low reverse leakage current with a high dielectric strength of 1500VRMS.
