The GBU1006 is a glass passivated bridge rectifier designed for single-phase applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and a maximum average forward rectified current of 10A. With a surge overload rating of 220A peak, it is ideal for printed circuit board applications, ensuring low reverse leakage current and high dielectric strength of 1500VRMS.
