The GBPC608-E4/51 is a glass passivated single-phase bridge rectifier designed for standard applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 800 V and a maximum average forward rectified output current (IF(AV)) of 6 A. With a high surge current capability of 175 A and a low typical reverse current (IR) of less than 0.5 μA, it is ideal for AC/DC bridge full wave rectification in power supplies and industrial automation.
