The GBLA10-M3/51 is a glass passivated single-phase bridge rectifier designed for standard applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1000 V and an average forward rectified output current (IF(AV)) of 4.0 A. With a peak forward surge current (IFSM) capability of 120 A and a low reverse current (IR) of 5 μA, it is ideal for AC/DC bridge full wave rectification in various electronic devices.
