Description
The GBLA10-E3/51 is a glass passivated single-phase bridge rectifier designed for standard applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1000 V and an average forward rectified output current (IF(AV)) of 4 A. The device is suitable for printed circuit boards and offers high surge current capability with a typical reverse current (IR) of less than 5 μA. It operates within a temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C.
