Description
Description
The FR1M is a fast recovery SMD rectifier diode with a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1000 V and a forward current (IFAV) of 1 A. It features a low forward voltage drop (VF < 1.3 V) and a reverse recovery time (trr) of less than 500 ns. The diode is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) package and is suitable for applications requiring efficient rectification and snubber or bootstrap functions.
