Description
The FQP47P06 is a P-Channel enhancement mode power MOSFET designed for high-performance applications. It features a maximum Drain-Source Voltage (VDS) of -60V and a continuous Drain Current (ID) of -47A at 25°C. With a low RDS(on) of 26 mΩ, it provides excellent efficiency and thermal performance, making it suitable for switched mode power supplies, audio amplifiers, and DC motor control.
