The FERD20U60DJFD is a 60V, 20A surface-mounted PowerFlat™ diode designed for high-frequency operation and efficient rectification. It features low forward voltage drop (VF typ. 350 mV) and stable leakage current over reverse voltage. With a maximum junction temperature of +150 °C and a surge current capability of 180A, this device is ideal for switch-mode power supplies.
