Description
The FDS3672 is an N-Channel MOSFET with a maximum Drain-Source Voltage (VDSS) of 100V and a continuous Drain Current (ID) of 7.5A at 25°C. It features a low RDS(ON) of 23mΩ at VGS = 10V, optimized for high-frequency applications. The device is suitable for DC/DC converters and synchronous rectification.
