Description
The FAN3225TMX is a dual-channel low-side gate driver IC designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs in low-side switching applications. It features TTL or CMOS input thresholds, under-voltage lockout, and MillerDrive™ technology for efficient switching. The device supports peak currents of 5 A and has a wide operating voltage range of 4.5 V to 18 V, with fast rise and fall times of 12 ns and 9 ns, respectively, at a 2.2 nF load.
