Description
The FAN3224CMX is a low-side gate driver IC designed for driving N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFETs in low-side switching applications. It features dual non-inverting outputs with a peak current capability of 5 A at VDD = 12 V, and operates within a voltage range of 4.5 V to 18 V. The device incorporates under-voltage lockout and MillerDrive™ technology for efficient switching, with typical rise and fall times of 12 ns and 9 ns, respectively.
