The FAD8253MX is a monolithic half-bridge gate driver IC designed for driving high voltage IGBTs up to +1200 V. It features a peak output current capability of 2.5 A source and 3.4 A sink, built-in UVLO functions, and short-circuit protection with soft shutdown. The device is optimized for high-speed operation and includes noise canceling circuitry for stable performance under high dv/dt conditions.
