The IDTF1751NBGI is a Zero-Distortion™ RF Mixer IC designed for downconverting RF signals in the frequency range of 1.4GHz to 2.5GHz. It operates with a single 5V supply and supports IF frequencies from 50MHz to 500MHz. The device features ultra-linear performance with +43dBm Output IP3 using highside LO and +37.5dBm using lowside LO, making it ideal for multi-carrier base station applications.
