Description
Description
The F1471 is a high linearity RF Driver Amplifier designed for operation in the 400MHz to 4200MHz frequency range. It features a 15dB gain, 3.8dB noise figure, and +29dBm output P1dB at 3600MHz, powered by a single 5V supply with a quiescent current of 130mA. Packaged in a 3x3mm 16-VFQFPN, it offers 50Ω input/output impedance for easy integration.
