The IDTF0480NBGI is a broadband RF Digital Variable Gain Amplifier (DVGA) designed for LTE and WiMAX applications, operating from 400 MHz to 2.7 GHz. It features a maximum gain of 13 dB, a noise figure of 4 dB, and 23 dB gain adjustment in 1 dB steps. Packaged in a 32-pin TQFN, it offers excellent linearity with +41 dBm OIP3 performance and is internally matched for easy integration.
