The F0424 is a high-gain broadband RF amplifier IC designed for 2G, 3G, and 4G applications, operating from 600MHz to 5000MHz. It features a low noise figure of 2.3dB and a gain of 17.3dB at 2600MHz, with a single-ended RF input/output impedance of 50Ω. The device operates on a 3.3V or 5V power supply, drawing 70mA of current, and is housed in an 8-pin 2x2mm DFN package.
