Description
The F0424 is a SiGe High-Gain Broadband RF Amplifier designed for 2G, 3G, and 4G applications, operating from 600MHz to 5000MHz. It features a gain of 17.3dB at 2600MHz, a noise figure of 2.3dB, and an output third-order intercept point (OIP3) of +40dBm. The device operates on a single 5V or 3.3V supply with a typical current consumption of 70mA, packaged in an 8-pin 2x2mm DFN for easy integration.
