The ESDA25B1 is a bidirectional Transil™ voltage suppressor designed for ESD protection in sensitive electronic components. It features a stand-off voltage of 24V, a peak pulse power of 150W (8/20µs), and a low capacitance of 20pF at VRM. This device is ideal for protecting RS232 I/O ports against ESD surges up to 25kV, ensuring reliable operation in high-density applications.
