The ESD321DPYR is a uni-directional TVS ESD protection diode designed for low capacitance applications, featuring a typical clamping voltage of 6.8V at 16A TLP and a low dynamic resistance of 0.13Ω. It provides ±30kV ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2, with a leakage current of 0.1nA and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. This device is suitable for high-speed interfaces such as USB 2.0 and Ethernet.
