Description
The ES3G is a general-purpose diode with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 400 V and a forward current (IFAV) of 3 A. It features a low forward voltage drop (VF < 0.9 V) and an extremely low reverse recovery time (trr < 25 ns). Designed for surface mount applications in the DO-214AB (SMC) package, it is suitable for high-efficiency switching stages and rectification of higher frequencies, with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C.
