The YAGEO ES2G is a super fast recovery rectifier diode in a DO-214AA (SMB) package, rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400V and a forward current of 2A. It features a low profile design, glass passivated chip junction, and a super fast reverse recovery time of 35ns. This RoHS compliant and halogen-free component is ideal for high-frequency rectification applications in power supplies, inverters, and converters.
