The ES1PDHM3/84A is a 200V, 1A ultrafast rectifier diode in a surface mount DO-220AA (SMP) package. It features low forward voltage (0.92V at 1A), fast recovery times (trr of 15ns), and low thermal resistance, making it suitable for high-efficiency applications. AEC-Q101 qualified, it is ideal for automated placement and meets MSL level 1.
