Description
Description
The ES1G is a general-purpose diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 400V and a forward current rating of 1A. It features a low forward voltage drop of less than 1.3V and an extremely low reverse recovery time of less than 25ns. The diode is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package, suitable for high-efficiency switching applications and rectification of higher frequencies. It operates within a junction temperature range of -50°C to +150°C.
