Description
Description
The EL7536 is a synchronous, integrated FET 1A step-down regulator with internal compensation, operating from 2.5V to 5.5V. It features PWM control, 1.4MHz frequency, <1µA shutdown current, and includes protections for short-circuit and over-temperature. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.8V to VIN.
