Description
The EL7531 is a synchronous, integrated FET 1A step-down regulator with internal compensation, operating from 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage. It features adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to VIN, automatic PFM/PWM mode control, and a typical PWM frequency of 1.4MHz. The device includes a Power-Good output, <1µA shut-down current, and over-temperature protection, all in a compact 10-MSOP package.
