The EL7457 is a high-speed, non-inverting quad CMOS gate driver IC, capable of operating at clock rates up to 40MHz. It features a peak drive capability of 2A and a nominal on-resistance of 3Ω. Designed for driving highly capacitive loads, it is suitable for applications such as CCD drivers, digital cameras, and clock-driving tasks. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is compatible with both 3V and 5V logic levels.
