Description
The EL7457 is a high-speed, non-inverting quad CMOS gate driver IC, capable of operating at clock rates up to 40MHz. It features a peak drive capability of 2A and a nominal on-resistance of 3Ω. Designed for driving highly capacitive loads, it supports both high-side and low-side configurations, with compatibility for 3V and 5V CMOS and TTL logic. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in a 16-pin QSOP package.
