Description
Description
The EL7232 is a dual-channel, high-speed, high-current line driver designed for ATE and microprocessor-based applications. It features 3-state outputs, 2A peak drive capability, and operates with a wide voltage range of 4.5V to 16V. With low quiescent current of 2.5mA and fast switching speeds up to 10MHz, it is ideal for driving high-speed capacitive lines. The device is available in an 8-lead SOIC package.
