Description
Description
The EL7158 is a high-performance high-side or low-side gate driver IC designed for ATE and level-shifting applications. It features a peak drive capability of 12A, operates at clocking speeds up to 40MHz, and has low ON-resistance of 0.5Ω. The device supports independent voltage levels for VH and VL, enabling flexible level-shifting. It is housed in an 8-SOIC package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
