The EL5166 is a high-performance current feedback amplifier featuring a bandwidth of 1.4GHz at a gain of +1 and 800MHz at a gain of +2. It operates with a supply current of 8.5mA and supports single supply voltages from 5V to 12V. The device includes an enable function that reduces supply current to 13µA, making it suitable for low-power applications.
