The DSL01-010SC5 is a 10.5V, 30A peak pulse current thyristor designed for secondary protection in DSL applications. It features low capacitance of 3.5 pF, high surge capability, and operates in Transil™ mode to clamp ESD and low energy surges while short-circuiting high energy surges. This device is suitable for ADSL2+ and VDSL signals, ensuring minimal disturbance to line drivers during transmission.
