Description
Description
The DSL01-008SC5 is an 8V, 30A Ipp TVS Thyristor in SC-74A package, designed for secondary protection in DSL lines. It features low capacitance of 3.5 pF, high surge capability, and operates effectively in Transil™ mode to clamp ESD and low energy surges while short-circuiting high energy surges to protect line drivers. Suitable for ADSL2+ and VDSL applications.
