The DS3930E+ is a digital potentiometer featuring six 256-position nonvolatile (NV) potentiometers with an equivalent resistance of 16.5kΩ. It includes 64 bytes of NV EEPROM memory and four programmable NV I/O pins. The device operates via a 2-wire I2C interface and supports a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, making it suitable for various applications in portable electronics and RF transceivers.
